“Padrão Novotel, vale pela proximidade ao aeroporto (15 minutos) e se sua estada não objetiva turismo. É distante ao centro turístico de Madrid e não consultei sobre haver acessos por metrô ali perto.”

“Ar condicionado estava insuficiente para manter o quarto fresco. O botão de regulagem de temperatura não funcionava, segundo o atendente, quando fiz a reclamação. Me disse que a temperatura tinha regulagem fixa em 20 °C, mas o quarto estava a mais de 24°C. Os carpetes dos corredores parecem meio velhos e sujos, poderiam ser trocados. O café da manhã sensacional! Muitas frutas, sucos, pães, bolos, ovos, embutidos, bebidas quentes, ... Atendimento dos funcionários também excelente.”
