“The staff at the Aloft Gran Via were phenomenal! They helped us communicate in Spanish and Portuguese to get our luggage after it had been delayed. In addition to their help, they were very kind and generous to us because of our misfortune. If I ever know anyone traveling to Madrid, I will absolutely recommend the Aloft Gran Via. It was clean, convenient, and in an excellent location. The rooftop bar was awesome—great day and night views overlooking the city. Overall, we felt so at home at this hotel and will definitely stay there in future trips to Madrid.”

“Quirky, young and easy going hotel. Located in the city center makes it a good place to stay in Madrid. You can walk to main city landmarks and shopping streets. They have a cool bar on the top floor with a working pool during summer. Rooms are spacious, however common areas area a bit dim and not so comfortable for older people. Also, super slow elevator. The staff is all lovely and welcoming.”
