“The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located right in the city center across San Sebastian Catholic Church. The only negative is the menu but there are loads of restaurants right outside of the hotel.”

“Hotel muy bonito, todas las habitaciones son diferentes. No pongo 5 estrellas xq nos alojamos en la primera planta y las ventanas no aíslan lo suficiente acústicamente, y al ser una zona muy transitada de noche, te pueden llegar a despertar. Yo sustituiría las carpinterías de madera por pvc con vidrios acústicos respetando la decoración, lógicamente. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro de Madrid, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios principales. Personal muy atento, desayuno bufet y carta. Para repetir! Gracias!”
