“Hotel moderno, zonas comunes muy bien diseñadas con diferentes ambientes. Habitaciones funcionales y modernas, nos llamo la atención el inmenso televisor. Alejado del centro de Madrid, pero ideal para el recinto ferial o los diferentes polígonos de la zona.”

“Muy mal. Cuando se supone que estás en un hotel de 4 estrellas pero te encuentras en una habitación de 2 o como mucho 3. Cuando tienes que pagar por anticipado el desayuno, aún no entiendo el motivo,para que no te cobren 4 euros más (casi 17 euros por el desayuno). Cuando la habitación necesita una profundísima renovacion, ya que tiene los muebles anticuados, gastados y en algunos casos poco dignos. Cuando contratas un hotel para pasar unos días con dos niñas pequeñas y usar la piscina que anuncia el hotel..... Pero al llegar no puedes porque aluden al COVID.... (Excusa total). Por todos estos motivos y alguno más, no volveré a este hotel y no puedo recomendarlo. La mayoría de hoteles de Madrid en los que he estado, me han dejado buen sabor de boca, pero no este Novotel. Mal. No recomendable.”
