Um hotel super original. Design inovador Lindo quarto, limpo, espaçoso, cama ultra grande e muito confortável. Com esquentador, sachês de café, chás e açúcar (cortesia do hotel) e uma garrafa grande de água Pedimos gelo e eles nos trouxeram um balde de gelo sem nenhum custo (e dois copos grandes) Roupões e chinelos Toda atenção aos detalhes, como as comodidades No banheiro, gel, shampoo, condicionador e hidratante com dispensador Na recepção os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos Um ótimo mimo de hotel ao qual certamente voltaremos

Un hotel súper original. Diseño innovador Preciosa habitación, limpia, amplia, cama ultra grande y muy cómoda. Con calentador de agua , sobres de café, tés y azúcar ( gentileza del hotel) y botella grande de agua Pedimos hielo y nos subieron una cubitera sin coste alguno ( y dos vasos grandes) Albornoces y zapatillas Todo cuidado al detalle,como los amenities En el baño , gel,champú, acondicionador y crema hidratante con dispensador En recepciónel personal muy amable y atento Un gustazo de hotel al que sin duda volveremos

Ese hall vale todas las estrellas posibles, un poquillo carillo pero lo vale, el restauran es bueno la atención excelente desayuno variado y completo, un excelente lugar.

Melhor Hotel na região madrilena, os preços podem não ser tão atraentes de início mas vale cada centavo. Tive a experiência de 2 quartos duplos com integração e foi maravilhoso. Café da manha e almoço estão no preço da altura do hotel, cerca de 18 a 25 euros o café e 20 a 45 o almoço.

El.hotel my bonito pero no tienen.protocolo de actuación ante una situación de emergencia, como la de hoy , es más pretendia la recepcionista dejarme en la calle. Que no necesite atención de urgencias ..en hospital la paz soy médico de allí.

Todo perfecto, muy limpio, habitación luminosa y plantas decoradas por temática musical. El parking amplio y aunque no tienen cargador para coche électrico no me pusieron problema para enchufarlo en un enchufe normal, el personal muy amable aunque algo lentos en cocina en el desayuno. Muy bien situado. Recomiendo totalmente este hotel

Tudo perfeito, muito limpo, sala iluminada e plantas decoradas com tema musical. O amplo estacionamento e embora eles não tenham um carregador para um carro elétrico, eles não me deram um problema para ligá-lo a uma tomada normal, o pessoal muito amigável, embora um pouco lento na cozinha no café da manhã. Muito bem localizada. Eu recomendo totalmente este hotel

Hemos pasado un excelente fin de semana sin salir de Madrid en el hotel. Es precioso y decorado hasta el último detalle. La habitación súper limpia, todo impecable y muy cuidado. Muy amplia y el desayuno muy bueno. Han sabido encajar perfectamente el buen servicio, el buen trato al cliente y hacer que nos sintamos como en casa. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Wonderful experience in this hotel! Staff members were amazing. Welcoming, available, helpful, patient, conveying happiness. It was my birthday and they left me a piece of delicious (I mean delicious) carrot cake in my room with a kind note. We had dinner in the hotel bar-restaurant a number of times and the service was professional and prompt. From arrival to departure, an outstanding performance of all staff members. There was also a cute clean and spacious gym with a pleasant view on the city. Calm, with water and towels available. Special note for the Eye of the tiger song playing when you enter the facilities ;) My friends also experienced de sauna that you can book for a private session at any time of the day (24/7) and loved it. Finally, we only visited the rooftop bar which was closed for service in winter, but it sure looked to be nice in summer! Will definitely come back.

Una maravilla de hotel, cómodo, bien ubicado y con unos servicios excelentes. También destaca por su decoración temática y cuidada y la comodidad de sus habitaciones. El buffet del desayuno es espectacular y con productos de proximidad y mucha calidad. Sin duda recomiendo y volvería

Fantastic hotel which is completely themed around music (hence the name of the hotel). There are some brilliant touches with a grand piano in reception, music piped throughout the lobby, bar, hotel ground floor and pool. Some amusing touches like the rocky theme tune which plays when you enter the stairwell to the gym. Each room is very well appointed with walk in showers and and bath, usb plugs and bluetooth. You can borrow instruments for use in your room and a vinyl record player to listen to old school analogue tunes.The pool is well maintained, clean and beds by the pool can get busy but this is to be expected in the height of the summer.The skybar has some incredible views over madridThe detail at every level in this hotel is outstandingThe breakfast is recommended, the choice is broad, omelettes and eggs can be made on demand, a variety of foods catering for broad palettes - so much choice, you need to stay a few nights to get through all the choices!The location is brilliant, it is right by Charmartin station if travelling by train; if you are driving through Madrid then it is right by the M30, it has a great underground car park but the ceiling is low (1.9m) and if you fly in then it is a quick cab, bus or train ride away You are minutes from some of Madrids' sights, some great restaurants, bars etc...Great hotel and great location, book, you wont be disappointed.

The hotel is located close to both city centre and the airport. The easiest way to get here is by metro or train to the Chamartin station (about 20 min from city centre). There are several cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Our room was big and super clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing and there is a 24 h open gym. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay extra for coffee. A coffee machine in the lobby would have been nice. Definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is very nice.6th floor terrace and pool are very nice.No views, but very relaxing up there to spend half the day.Free refreshments and light snacks by the bar. The pool is too cold to enjoy. The rooms are small, but well equipped.Parking is very expensive at $25euro/day.

This place has a very hip theme: rock'n roll! The lobby and rooms are chic with a touch of vintage rock. For room service you can order from an extensive array of foodstuffs, accompanied (if you choose) by a violin, a guitar or keyboard. Yes, room service will deliver a musical instrument to you on loan for 3 hours. The dinner is excellent and the staff speak excellent English.

I absolutely loved it! We were well recieved upon arrival with good natured receptionists, who remained consistent with their demeanor throughout our 3 day stay. Restaurant and bar staff were nice, efficient, assisting and professional. Pool area so pretty, topographic and has access to local views. Housekeeping's game strong! They respected our privacy, barely induced noise, and did a marvelous job at keeping the room tidy and replenished. I absolutely loved our room. The hotel has a 70s feel to it. Breakfast was good but it could better. I found some sections to be not very well integrated within and without. I would only recommend they equip the rooms with international plug converters. As we had to purchase one. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were so happy to find this place in this neighborhood as it seemed there were only a few tired looking hotels. It's new, and the room is extremely well designed. The bed was a true king and super comfortable which we appreciated a lot. The hotel is also located within the walking distance to the train station, so whether you have to catch train or get to the airport, you can save money and time by staying here.

PATRICIA from guest services truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. When I go back to Madrid .. I won’t even consider looking elsewhere. This property was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Gustavo the bellman was extremely sweet!! Front desk staff was so nice and made our check in so easily and made sure we were aware of what the facility offers! Do yourself a favor and book the terrace room if you would like your own private sunbeds

I loved this hotel, both because of its location since it is 3 min from the chamartin station and 8 from the castilla square, so it is excellently communicated, in addition the rooms were very comfortable, you slept very well and the relationship quality price was excellent
