“Estuve este fin de semana en el hotel. El trato excelente desde que entramos hasta que nos fuimos, Inès la chica que nos atendió fenomenal, muy amable y atenta en todo momento, muy agradecidos con su trato. Las vistas de la habitación también nos encantaron y recomendamos a Noelia la chica de los masajes también de 10!”

“This hotel certainly does NOT deserve five stars. For such price better book some other place. The level of services they provide is not worth it:
1. Breakfast starts very late, at 7:30, usually you leave for work around this hour
2. Swimming pool opening hours are a joke - forget about morning/evening swim
3. Some fruit during breakfast stay there for long enough to start to get rotten
4. There was "additional passenger" in the room on the next day, a cockroach (pic attached). They were observed in other rooms also, so better look through your belongings carefully before you get back home.
5. There air-conditioning was not working and it was very hot during the day
+ I really liked the button-enabled water in the shower, that was really cool and comfortable.
+ there was a phone in the toilet, if you feel lonely ;)
Considering the above, better book a stay in some other hotel, for sure you will get better price and better services.”
