“Soy cliente habitual corporate. El hotel ha perdido mucho calidad y es raro que mantenga las 5 estrellas. No hay botones ( dicen por el covid) si no fuese por youness que es un recepcionista de 10 me hubiera tocado cargar 6 maletas. Lo más increíble es que el agua de cortesía que te reponen hasta en un hotel de 3 estrellas y que reponian antes te dicen ahora que la ponen solo el primer día, duchas con más de 10 años ( desactualizados sin cambiar), water sin la manguera ni bidé. Si recortas en cálida de servicio no te mereces las 5 estrellas. No recomendable, ya no más.”

“I am right now staying in room 1522. The Air-conditioning is not working. I dialed the reception number 9000 and no one lifting the phone since last 20 minutes.
I have had to go personally down to lobby to complain. But only one lady at reception . When I mention that why no one lifting the phone, she replies that she is all alone and lot of other work.
This hotel has 400 rooms and seems highly understaffed. I asked for Duty Manager , and was informed that there is no one.
At midnight finally they offer to change the room. But still are not sure if the air conditioning is working or not.
Would definitely not recommend this hotel.”
